Direct User Support (first year)



Warranty support is for one year. The support is with the authorized dealer and we help with any issues during that time. Some dealers would like customer to call our staff directly and then dispatch a technician if needed. This helps when a customer is located beyond 40 miles from the dealer office.

Direct User Support allows the customer to call us directly and we resolve any questions and if the dealer is needed we contact them and give them the background information for a successful site visit.
